Each model of Herpa is developed with great attention to detail and produces a lot of manual work. If a model
not even be in the quality you have come to expect from Herpa, you can complain defective models here.

Your service request will be processed promptly. Please note that processing of your inquiry usually requires
a photograph of the damaged model. We’d like to inform you, that complaints without a proof of purchase will
get handled solely after charging a fee.
